Service Description

This online course is included in the Elite and Diamond membership plans. Online class that you will guide you through preparing your body for a 24-hour fast. Fast refers to fasting: using a combination time-restricted eating and periodic one- to three-day extended fasts to optimize the body. Studies have demonstrated that fasting lends itself to longevity of practice in a way demonstrated by few other modalities. When used appropriately, the stress that fasting invokes is one of the simplest ways to regain balance and connect with your body through your diet, reset hormones and achieve mental clarity, and sharpen the perceptions of your sensory organs. Learn how to make sure that the fasting you perform is beneficial, rather than another source of stress that will only create adverse consequences, such as unexpected weight gain or unhealthy weight loss. Get clarity about what type of fasting is best suited for you and what steps and protocols will prepare your body for success. When we train with Fast in the correct manner, it becomes an environmental acute stress tool that physically helps us optimize our bodies through hormone and gene expression, improves our senses, and contributes to our longevity. We also confront the stress of scarcity and learn to overcome the fear of having to go without. This not only helps us confront the fear of death, it lets us better discern between want and need while simultaneously engendering gratitude for abundance and simplicity alike. Fast can also help to mitigate economic anxieties by teaching us how to adapt and do more with less.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 61 days or more prior to the event start date, you receive a 100% refund.  If you cancel 31 - 60 days, you receive 75% refund or, alternatively, you can receive full credit to transfer to a future  event held by Matt Soule within 12 months.   If you cancel 30 days or less there is no refund or transfer.
