Wim Hof Method Travel Experience dedicated to peak performance. This is a twin bed (day bed) in the main living area for 1 person, bathroom is shared also located in the main living area. This 4-day / 4-night retreat is all about elevating your performance through optimized breathing protocols, mind-based and cold training practices. Learn the 10 protocols that will take you to the next level. Our days will be filled with learning to go deeper in our minds and bodies using the cold, mindset and breathing exercises of the Wim Hof Method. We will do cold water swimming, daily ice baths, hike in Glacier National Park to epic scenes and dip into natural cold waters. We will hike, ruck, and kayak, learning about how to apply breathing protocols in real time. We will unlock the key mind-based practices that elevate performance under any setting. Join us for this unforgettable trip of adventure and discovery. What you get: - One twin bed in the main living area with a shared bathroom. - 4 nights lodging at Haymoon Resort located in Whitefish,Montana. Check in Wednesday afternoon, check out Sunday morning. - 3 meals per day Thursday - Saturday night. Plus, there will be dinner on Wednesday night's arrival and breakfast Sunday morning. - In-depth training led by Author / Level 3 WHM instructor Matt Soule - Airport Transfer included with group at pre-scheduled / designated times. - All parks / activities fees listed in the description. Cancelation Policy

If you cancel 61 days or more prior to the event start date, you receive a 100% refund.  If you cancel 31 - 60 days, you receive 75% refund or, alternatively, you can receive full credit to transfer to a future  event held by Matt Soule within 12 months.   If you cancel 30 days or less there is no refund or transfer.
