Breathing Control Series
This series helps you explore applied fundamentals and breathing mechanics. It includes a variety of principle-based exercises that are easy to learn, but powerful to include in any breath practice. They are an excellent way to build breath awareness and breath control suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Through demonstrations which discuss applications of survival stress tools including fasting, freezing (cold water immersion), fighting / martial arts as well as sex / intimacy, you will ground your knowledge in how the breath allows you to steer the nervous system for peak performance.
